Wireless Data Service is becoming another hot spot now. The huge increases of wireless-based clients and application installations have surpassed the Internet explosion years ago. But Compare to PC industry, Wireless Data Service still has some problems need to face:

Based on W3C's industry standard, Tinyview wireless defines an XML based profiles for mobile multimedia solutions. This profile includes Tinyview's SVGB/SVGT package, Tinyview Advanced Voice package and XHTML Basic package (Optional).

• Small Size: XML is text based, Text has very high compress rate. SVG are much smaller that traditional Raster image format. Example, a 128*128 sized map in PNG file is around 1.5-4k. In SVG Binary compressed format, it is just 200-600 bytes. This will greatly save the wireless network bandwidth.
• Data Driven: Graphics and Voice are Data! Users can integrate server side business process directly to client side multimedia content. Also because of this feature, multimedia content can be indexable and more accurate search result can be provided.
• Open Standard: By supporting XML Schema and Namespace, service and content providers can defines their own extension without changing basic profile.
• Pure Thin Client: Just like Web Based Applications, what users need in client side is just a browser with Tinyview's SVG/Voice plug in, Service and Content providers can deliver endless multimedia content to the users.
